Is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of all JBCI projects to assure the efficient utilization of all resources. Works to help manage the equipment and manpower needs of projects as well as providing quality control, safety and scheduling oversight. Working with the Safety Division, enforces all safety policies and procedures. Acts as a top-level advisor to the Executive Management Team.

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Engineer In Training (EIT) will assist project manager and superintendents. This position will work closely with Clients, Vendors, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, Superintendents, Estimators and Accounting.
The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate in Civil Engineering or Construction Management with 1-3 years of civil construction experience. The hours will be long and the candidate needs to be willing to work up to 6 days a week during the summer months. Time will be spent in the office and field. Time spent in the field and office will be helping push the project forward to meet deadlines and ensuring accuracy. This will be a entry level position with opportunities to develop management skills and grow within the organization to become a leader.
